To be responsible for creating cycle menus, performing nutrient analysis, and testing recipes that meet the federal and state guidelines for the Child Nutrition (CN) Department. Utilizing the software system, the dietitian will be responsible for the nutrition analysis, assigning weekly menus, monitoring production records for accuracy, managing the digital menu application including the digital menu board content in school cafeterias and dining rooms. The Dietitian will work with families to handle all special diet requests and communicate those needs to the kitchen managers and staff.
