• Capture proof of attendance (if permitted)
• Record exterior and interior walkthrough video
• Take detailed photos of relevant areas
• Document logistical constraints
• Upload all materials same day
• Submit a concise 1-page report

Not Authorized To:

• Discuss pricing
• Answer formal bid questions verbally
• Negotiate
• Make commitments
• Sign anything beyond attendance roster
